My SA Rewards Terms of Use

Customers who want to participate (each a “participant”) in the “My SA Rewards” program must obtain a My SA Rewards card at a participating SuperAmerica location, which includes the SuperAmerica locations owned by NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC. These terms and conditions apply to the use of a My SA Rewards card at any participating NOTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC or franchised SuperAmerica location. A participant may begin accruing points with a My SA Rewards card immediately upon receiving the card and making a qualifying purchase using an approved payment method. Prior to registering a My SA Rewards card, a participant is only entitled to earn points and participate in My SA Rewards “clubs,” which “clubs” are described at the in-store kiosks and on In order to be eligible to redeem your points and receive other member benefits, participants must register their card via an in-store kiosk and/or Eligibility to be a registered participant will be determined at the sole discretion of NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC. Participants must be at least 13 years of age. Participants must be a legal resident of the United States. Participation is void where prohibited. NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC reserves the right to validate the information provided in a participant’s registration. All information provided must be correct and accurate.


By obtaining and using the “My SA Rewards” card, the participant agrees to be bound by the current “My SA Rewards” terms and conditions, which can be found at an in-store kiosk and/or NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC may amend “My SA Rewards” terms and conditions or any specific “My SA Rewards” promotion at any time in its sole discretion. It is the participant’s obligation to keep informed of the latest “My SA Rewards” terms and conditions.


Participants understand and agree that NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC may collect and use information relating to a participant’s purchases, preferences, and program participation. For privacy information, please refer to the “My SA Rewards” Program Privacy Statement at an in-store kiosk and and/or


Points may be earned at participating NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC locations and participating franchised SuperAmerica locations for qualifying purchases (as specified by NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC in its sole discretion) using approved payment methods. Participants must present a valid “My SA Rewards” card or valid participant identification at time of purchase to earn points. Points will not be earned without a valid card or valid participant identification or for previous purchases. My SA Rewards cards are not transferable. A registered participant may transfer its accrued points to another registered participant. A registered participant may also combine accrued points with points accrued by another registered participant. Points will not be earned or accumulated for the following products: tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, lottery and third party services, money orders, SuperAmerica® gift card purchases, in-store restaurant and other items prohibited by law. “My SA Rewards” may be redeemed by a registered participant for all qualifying products at an in-store kiosk or When a registered participant redeems “My SA Rewards” for qualifying products, the participant will receive an electronic coupon to purchase the product at a participating location, so long as the reward item is available at the location. Reward coupons will be automatically banked into the registered participant’s account. All reward coupons (whether electronic, paper or otherwise) will expire thirty days following the issuance of the coupon.


Registration in the “My SA Rewards” program is required to be eligible, subject to giveaway rules, for identified giveaways. All giveaways conducted in conjunction with the “My SA Rewards” program shall be governed by all applicable rules governing the giveaways.


NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC may offer text messaging service (the “Service”). If the Service is offered, your use of the Service would constitute (a) your express consent to receive communications to your mobile telephone or device, and (b) your acceptance to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you want to use the Service and do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service by following the instructions that will be specified an in-store kiosk or You can register for the Service by following the registration instructions that are specified at an in-store kiosk or By registering for the Service, you would receive text alerts from us related to promotions, products, special offers and other related news of us that we think will be of interest to you. Message and Data Rates may apply to the Service. If you elect to use the Service, you agree to pay your wireless carrier any fees that correspond to the Service. To provide the Service, we will collect and retain your mobile telephone or device number. We may use this information to distribute information based on your area code, address and purchase history. You will have the ability to opt-out of the Service at any time by following the “opt out” instructions specified at an in-store kiosk or We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your use of the Service at any time and for any or no reason.


NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC may substitute any rewards or prizes for those of a comparable or greater value without notice.

NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged My SA Rewards cards or unredeemed or expired points. A participant’s My SA Rewards points will expire if the participant’s card has not been presented during a transaction during the preceding 9 months.

NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC is not responsible for any errors or lost rewards resulting from computer hardware or software errors, fraud, third party error, or participant’s negligence or unauthorized use.

All “My SA Rewards” cards are licensed to NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC and the participant has no ownership interest in the “My SA Rewards” card. Further, participants have no right, title, or interest to copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property used by NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC or its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates in conjunction with the “My SA Rewards” program. NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC may cancel any “My SA Rewards” card at any time at its sole discretion. NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC may require any participant to surrender or return the “My SA Rewards” card at any time.


Participants agree by participating in the “My SA Rewards” program that Northern Tier Retail LLC, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any and all threatened or actual actions, claims, liabilities damages, (including third party claims) personal or bodily injuries (including death or disability), costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees), losses or property damage (“Claims”) arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from or relating to the “My SA Rewards” program, including but not limited to acceptance, possession, loss, use or misuse of any “My SA Rewards” coupon or benefit. By participating in the “My SA Rewards” program, each participant agrees to fully indemnify the Released Parties from any and all such threatened or actual Claims by third parties without limitation.

NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC reserves the right to terminate the “My SA Rewards” program at any or all participating locations, including franchised SuperAmerica locations, at any time without prior notice.

Individuals who are employees, officers, and directors of NORTHERN TIER RETAIL LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household, whether or not related, may participate in the “My SA Rewards” program, but may not be eligible to win giveaways or prizes, which eligibility shall be determined from the rules governing each individual giveaway. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws.

The “My SA Rewards” program shall be governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota, without regard to its or any other jurisdiction’s laws governing conflicts of laws. Any claims or actions regarding or arising out of the “My SA Rewards” program shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in St. Paul, Minnesota, and participants expressly consent to and waive any objections to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement with respect to participating in the “My SA Rewards” program. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
