We’re so sorry you’ve lost your card! Please visit your nearest SuperAmerica store to pick up a new My SA Rewards card.

Then, log in to SuperAmerica.com, the My SA app or the Rewards kiosk at the store using your registered email address and password. On each platform, you will be able to remove your old card and add the new card.

On superamerica.com, after logging in click the drop down under your name and select Rewards Account. Click on the image of the card, remove your old card and add the new one.

One the in store kiosk, log in and select cards at the bottom of the screen. From there you can remove the old card and add the new one.

One the My SA App, log in and select Rewards from the drop down menu on the upper left hand corner. Tap the + button on the upper right hand corner to go to your rewards account. Click on the image of your card, remove the old card and add the new one.

Any of these steps will automatically transfer the points over from the existing card. Note: You can only transfer points to a new card once every 30 days.
