We’re so sorry you’ve lost your card! Please visit your nearest SuperAmerica store to pick up a new My SA Rewards card.

Then, log in back on to SuperAmerica.com or the Rewards kiosk at the store and follow the easy prompts register your new card. Once your new card is registered you can follow the easy steps below to transfer your points.

To transfer points from one My SA Rewards account to another, both cards need to be registered and physical proof of the cards is required. Please follow the instructions below to submit a request to transfer points. Please allow at least 3 business days to process the request. If you have any questions, please call 1-855-GOT-MYSA.
